Information we collect

Your email address, authentication and account identifiers, selected language, consent status, and basic service usage and diagnostic information.

If you sign up through a referral link, we also record which referral code you came from. We do not tell the person who referred you your email address.

The demo you can use without signing in

When you use the studio without signing in, we record which steps you take (for example opening a location, placing a figure, taking a shot, or seeing the sign-up prompt), together with a random number stored in your browser, your selected language, device type, screen width, browser name, country, and the link you arrived from. We do not record your name, email address, IP address, or what is on your screen. We use this only to understand where the demo is hard to use. If you later sign up, this browser number is connected to your account once.

How we use it

To authenticate you, operate and secure the service, recover accounts, provide support, understand product usage, and improve the service.

Important security, outage, policy, and account notices may be sent to every account. New-feature, creator-example, and promotional messages are sent only when you opt in.

Service providers and international processing

We use infrastructure and authentication providers including Supabase and Vercel. Information may be processed in countries or regions outside your place of residence under those providers’ safeguards.

Retention and your choices

We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time. You may also request access, correction, or deletion.
